During this workshop, lead by Barbara Bracken of Tualatin Neighborhood Ready!, you'll have an opportunity to start filling out your family emergency plan. Print this worksheet before you start the video so you can get the most out of this workshop. Take this step to make sure every family member knows what to do when the worst happens. Then, watch this two part workshop to help you fill out the Family Emergency Plan. In the first part, we talk about the 3 evacuation levels--Ready, Set and Go--and what you need to plan for at each stage. Pause the video at any point to jot down your plans in the worksheet. In Part 2, Barbara talks about assembling an emergency documents checklist; page 2 of the worksheet corresponds to this part of the workshop.
